Carbon Fiber Spoiler Material Core Foamcore | K930
The K930 is a composite spoiler material expanding foam, it undergoes a thermosetting reaction during the molding process, expanding upon reaching a critical temperature. This expansion ensures the complete filling of the mold cavity, resulting in a core with a smooth and uniform surface finish. Unlike subtractive manufacturing processes such as carving, this additive manufacturing technique offers greater design flexibility, allowing for the creation of complex geometries with intricate details. Furthermore, the cured material exhibits excellent dimensional stability, with no potential for post-curing expansion.

Description
Main Features
K930s is a specialized epoxy foam core material designed for ultra-high expansion, resulting in extremely low densities ranging from 0.025 to 0.05 grams per cubic centimeter. This exceptional lightness, combined with its resistance to secondary expansion under prolonged solar exposure and excellent temperature tolerance, makes it ideal for applications demanding high strength-to-weight ratios.
K930s is widely used as a core material in producing various carbon fiber composites, including automotive spoilers(carbon fiber spoiler material expanding foam), unmanned aerial vehicles, and equipment for water sports. It is offered in two convenient forms to accommodate diverse manufacturing processes: release film and sheet adhesive.
