We supply PET foam cores from 80 to 320kg/m³ density. It is a 100% recyclable material with wide use in wind power, rail transit, construction, and packaging.

KE - PET Foam Characteristics

1. Recyclable

Environmentally friendly, thermoplastic, and recyclable.

2.Various Density

Available in various densities to suit different application areas.

3.Good Heat Resistance

Excellent heat resistance, with a long-term usage temperature of 120°C and a short-term maximum usage temperature of 200°C.

4. Sealed Structure

Closed-cell structure with low water absorption and mold resistance, closed-cell rate > 90%, and water absorption rate < 1%.

5. Thermal insulation

Good thermal insulation, with a thermal conductivity as low as 0.027 W/mK.

6.Good Mechanical

Superior mechanical properties and fatigue resistance.

7. Excellent Processability

Excellent processability, including cuttability, easy bonding, and the ability to be thermoformed into various curved shapes.
