Composite Hockey Stick Materials | K140
Composite hockey stick materials generally include the core, layout, and resin. The K140 is a low-range and medium-density product with more than 95 shore C hardness, which is one of the best foam core materials for hockey striking boards, hockey sticks, baseball bats, and other products with stiffness & weight-reducing requirements. See more foam core options.
It can be sold in two forms: one is unexpanded, and the other is pre-expanded. When unexpanded, the product has a relatively small volume, which can reduce storage space and transportation costs. Additionally, it can be freely molded to fit the shape of the product mold during use. The pre-expanded form has a relatively larger volume but offers great stability. If you have specific requirements, please contact us for details. Generally, for hockey, it is recommended to use the unexpanded form.

Composite Product Production
If you don’t have equipment for foam molding, we also can help to produce a composite product for you. For example, you can tell us the design of the shape and the parameter requirement of the product. We will use the core material with other essential materials to give you a finished product like hockey stick & board.
