Spoiler & Hydrofoil Material Foam Core 70-80 Hardness

The K970 foam core can be used as a spoiler & hydrofoil material core, it can expand and fill in the foam mold. It can form a core material with a characteristic shape by foaming and curing inside a mold. This method produces a full core, producing a highly appealing final appearance. Additionally, once foamed, the product will not experience secondary foaming under specific conditions.

Description

Spoiler & Hydrofoil Material Features

It is a high-ratio, low-density epoxy foam core material, with a formed core density as low as 0.06-0.10 g/cm³ (60-100 kg/m³). The products made from this core can withstand prolonged sun exposure without secondary expansion, exhibiting excellent temperature resistance. It is suitable for use as a core material in various carbon fiber products, such as car spoilers, drones, and lightweight composite products for water sports.

Besides the EEC foamcore, we also have EFC, PVC, PMI, and PET foams, if you are interested.
